Dream Catchers derived from the Native American culture and was originally designed to protect the dreamer, mainly children to start with, from sad dreams and nightmares.
The talisman was originally made from a wooden loop (Usually willow) and adorned with items such a woven fabric and feathers.
This particular dreamcatcher has an outer loop Approx 16cm in diameter and a total length of approx 43cm and has a Black Cat looking through a window, seeing it's own reflection.
